Alex graduated from Troy High School in 2012 where he competed in cross country and track all four years.  During his senior year, Alex earned All League honors in cross country and was team captain in both sports.  His personal best times out of high school were 4:40, 9:53 and 17:02. Alex competed for Adrian College his freshman year, and ran personal best times of 16:17 for the 5k and 34:24 for the 10k on the track.  The past three years Alex ran for the MSU running club prior to joining RCRC.  Alex will graduate in 2017 with a degree in business from Michigan State.  Alex is looking forward to running fast in every race distance from the mile to the marathon!
