A four time junior college All-American selection at Lansing Community College, Hamilton continued her running career at Ferris State University. She holds four school records for the Stars and later added an all conference honor in the distance medley relay for FSU in 2015. As a prep at Charlotte High School, she was a three time state qualifier in track and was all-state in the 1600m run. She is the Oriole school record holder in the 1600m run with a 5:07 mark. Her PR’s are 18:29 on the 5k cross country course and 18:07 indoors in track. Ashley also has a PR of 2:15 in the 800m and 4:39 in the 1500m run. She was a three year captain at Charlotte and then for her sophomore year at LCC.
