Alman was a four year varsity soccer player and track athlete while at Okemos High School. He was named captain for both sports. After graduating from OHS in 2011, Alman went to Olivet College and played soccer and track for two years before transferring to University of Michigan. During the 2012 soccer season, the Comets were ranked as high as #6 in the nation. Alman’s personal best times were 22.4 for 200m and 49.8 for the 400m. He still holds the 4 x 100m relay school record from the 2012 season. During 2013, Alman played on the club soccer team at Michigan and in 2015, he played on the AFC Ann Arbor soccer team that competes in the NPSL. Alman will graduate in May from Michigan with a degree in economics. He currently coaches with the Michigan Tigers FC soccer club and works at a media and marketing firm in Ann Arbor. Billyle is in charge of the RedCedarElite twitter account and is looking to get back in shape after finishing up his soccer career last year.
