A two time all state runner in both cross country and track, Lacy is still the Carson City Crystal school record holder in the 3200m (9:24)  and 5k cross country (15:42).  Lacy was also cross country captain at CCC for two years.  While at Alma College, he was a four time MIAA All League performer in cross country and earned Great Lakes All Regional honors in 2012.  Lacy was the MIAA Champion in the 10k during the 2010 season.  His 10k time of 31:28 is the second fastest time in Alma College school history as is his 8k cross country personal best time of 25:01.  In 2015, Lacy ran his first marathon in 2:40:21 and is training to run the Boston Marathon in 2016.  He is currently working full-time for a logistics company and coaching high school cross country and track at Cedar Springs High School.
