An All-America selection for Olivet College (Mich.) in the 2015 indoor season, he posted a personal best of 1:52.43, while running for coach Lutzke. Weaver was a four year runner in both XC and Track and Field for Olivet, qualifying for nationals two times and earning All MIAA honors twice in track in addition to setting numerous indoor and outdoor school records.  Weaver was named team captain while at Olivet. He came to Olivet from Albion High School, where he was a five time All-State selection in both XC and track and field for the Wildcats.  Weaver’s team also won the state title in track and field three times during his career.
