Live Life Nspired and Knight Invite - September 12, 2015

 

Greg  and Matt Lutzke finished first and second at the Live Life Nspired 5km road race in Charlotte on September 12.  Greg ran 16:05 and Matt finished just behind in 16:19.  Donna Benkovsky ran her best time since joining RCRC finishing 2nd in her age group with a time of 30:48.  Congrats to all three runners!

 

Other members of RCRC competed on the cross country course in the Knight Invitational at Calvin College.  Tom Windle led the group with a strong performance of 25:50 (8km).  He was followed by Andrew Mangiapane (26:36) and Alex Pollack (27:28).  This was the first cross country race of the season for all three runners.
