Tyler Britten

Tyler graduated from Mendon High School in 2012, where he ran track and field, wrestled, and played football for four years.  Britten was named captain his senior year for wrestling and track.  When Tyler started at Olivet College he had his first experience with year round running and racing.  His cross country times improved and so did his times on the track.  Britten’s biggest breakthrough was the MIAA Conference meet where he scored in the 1500m race his senior year running his personal best time.  Britten’s personal bests are 800m (2:00.45), 1500m (4:09.30) and 8k (27:25) cross country.  Britten just graduated from Olivet in May and started working at Konecranes in Pittsburgh, where he works for their Management Development program.  His running goals are to improve his track times and run some longer races on the roads.
